With over 15 years of wedding photography experience, Krystal’s work is defined by a distinctive balance of fine art, documentary, and timeless portraiture. With a trained artist’s eye for beauty and composition, she creates luminous portraits that honor both the essence of a wedding day and the authenticity of emotion.
Her goal is to craft imagery that is not only timeless, but deeply meaningful—photographs that tell the complete story of a wedding with honesty, sophistication, and intention. Beyond documenting memories, Krystal is known for creating an experience that feels effortless and unforgettable for her couples.
With a calm yet confident presence, she dedicates her heart and artistry to every celebration—offering direction when needed and quietly observing as moments unfold naturally—allowing couples to remain fully immersed in the joy of their day.
A graduate of the University of Montana’s Fine Art Department with a B.F.A. in Fine Art Photography and a minor in Media Arts, Krystal brings both education and a refined artistic vision to her work.
Her photography has been featured in leading publications including Style Me Pretty, Martha Stewart Weddings, The New York Times, Brides Magazine, Carats & Cake, Magnolia Rouge, Wedding Sparrow, and The Knot. She has also been honored as a “Top Photographer” by Carats & Cake.
Krystal splits her time between Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and Napa Valley, California, where she lives with her husband, Maximilian, a Master Sommelier and Estate Director of Bond Wine.
